We gather information from our clients and our clients’ authorized representatives solely to provide third party administration (“TPA”) services.

Third Party Use of Sensitive Information

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We do not sell or rent your sensitive
information to any third party. We may disclose your sensitive information and other information as
follows:

  • We will share participant account information and plan data only with Benetech affiliates asnecessary to manage plan participant accounts or for general plan administration matters,including the plan sponsor and the plan sponsor’s authorized financial service provider, CPA orother authorized individual or organization.
  • We reserve the right to disclose or report any information pertaining to a client’s plan (or related participant) to any third party as permitted by law, including circumstances necessary to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, to cooperate with government or industry regulators and law enforcement officials, to protect our rights or property, or upon the reasonable request of a mutual fund in which the plan or participant has chosen to invest.
  • We reserve the right to use third parties who have entered into a contract with Benetech, Inc. to support our TPA services. In such cases, we share your information with such third parties subject to the imposition of appropriate safeguards to prevent further unauthorized disclosure.

Modifying Plan Information

Only an authorized representative of a plan or an authorized Benetech employee can update plan
information or participant data. In order to protect client information and the integrity of the data
maintained by Benetech, appropriate security requirements have been systematically integrated into
our processes, human resources strategy, and technology.
